Students had fun lifting the barrier to see if their paper matched their partners!
This week, a lot of students have been practicing their giving of directions as well as their listening to directions with a Valentine's Day barrier activity. We've used this activity to talk about the importance of using specific and descriptive language, taking our listener's perspective, and asking follow up questions to directions that confuse us.
